Hyde Park Presbyterian Church is located in the historic Hyde Park neighborhood and like the community that surrounds it, has a rich history and tradition. The building and grounds were completely renovated in 2010 in celebration of its 100th birthday. Members and visitors at the church continue to worship in the original sanctuary which was built by Hyde Park Baptist Church and purchased from them. From the time of its charter in 1910 to 1950, services at HPPC were conducted by seminary students from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. In the mid 1950′s, the church called its first pastor. Although many pastors have served the church over the years, our current pastor, Linda Bourianoff, has served with us for more than thirteen years.
